The Fillmor Pub & Eatery, located at 310 N 4th Street in downtown Wausau, is a renovated theater turned into an amazing restaurant and pub; the theater seating area has been converted as space perfect for live music performances as well as a hall for birthday parties, small wedding receptions, anniversaries, work parties & more.

Reopened in June 2011, the Fillmor Pub and Eatery features mid-sized regional bands like Otis & The Alligators, Jerry Schmitt Band, Tuscan Road, and The People's Choice Band with shows about once per month. The Fillmor provides free wireless Internet (WIFI) access and is a great central location for a late-afternoon business meeting or an early evening study session. Type of Meals Served:

The Fillmor features a wide variety of quality sandwich & wrap choices like the Grilled Yellow Fin Tuna sandwich (tuna steak grilled your way, served with lettuce, tomato, tartar sauce, and a wedge of lemon; order your choice of HOUSE SEASONING or BLACKENED), the Shaved Prime Rib Sandwich (shaved prime rib grilled with green peppers, onions and loaded with your choice of cheese: American, Swiss, Mozzarella or Cheddar) and the Northwoods Wrap (sliced chicken, honey BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese, diced pickles, onion, & romaine lettuce). If you are looking for a gluten free option, try the Grilled Chicken Sandwich; Vegetarians will love the Veggie Burger and Veggie Wrap; Additional heart healthy options include the Sweet Potato Fries, Caesar Salad or the House Salad.

All specialty burgers and sandwiches are served on your choice of sour dough or pretzel bun and include your choice of pasta salad, fruit cup or french fries on the side.

The Fillmor Eatery also serves some traditional central Wisconsin favorites like cheese curds, deep fried pickles and sweet potato fries....and don't forget the "Fillmor Friday Fish Fry"! Fish dinner options available each Friday include Walleye, Haddock, Shrimp and a combo Shrimp & Haddock dinner. All fish is available as baked or deep fried in a special Fillmor Fish batter.

The Fillmor's hearty homemade pizza comes in 2 sizes (12 inch or 14 inch) and each pizza is made to order with your choice of up to 3 meats and 4 toppings (all for the same price). Gluten free pizza crust is available for an additional $1.99.

Children's menu includes choice of hot dog, corn dog, grilled cheese or chicken strips and includes french fries and a fountain soda or milk.

All dinners and pizzas are available for eat-in or carry-out. Daily specials will be posted on the marquee sign just inside the Fillmor dining area.

Stopped for a quick lunch. Had gone to the Red Eye and they were closed on Sunday. Hadn't thought to check the Fillmor. They really didn't look open, but they were, and had a nice little lunch! Great Sweet Potato fries...and burger! :)
