Description:

Situated on one and a half acres of prime real estate on the island of Minocqua, the Campanile Center for the Arts is uniquely suited to this application. Within walking distance of the shops, restaurants and night spots of the island city, the sanctuary will lend itself well for use as a theater, performance and recital hall. A temporary stage is currently being worked on to allow for performances this year. The future design includes a complete stage with all of the necessary components. The basement offers a large area for community gatherings and classes, with a useable kitchens for in-house catering.

The Rectory is large and airy and, once necessary renovations are complete, will allow for music instruction rooms, rehearsal rooms, an art lab, study areas and administrative area, as well as a music library and computer design lab.

An elevator will be installed for improved access to both buildings, as well as improvements for handicapped and lavatory facility accessibility throughout.
