The Jaycee organization is based on the concept of developing the whole person by utilizing three essential functions: Individual Development, Management Development, and Community Development. These three functions form a triangle to represent the Jaycees' goal, which is to enhance the potential of each individual Jaycee member, as well as benefit the community in which they live.
