Was at Hudson Grill for lunch today with my family, my fiance ordered the sampler, the nachos it came with was suposed to be layered, it wasnt. clearly it was just a heaping pile of chips with cheese on top.. and no meat.. the server (TARA) didnt make any attempt to check on us let alone ask how everything was.. by the end of the meal, she gave us our bill where we made the intital complaint about the sampler, she copped an attitude and argued with us about the food. Im a server myself and U DONT ARGUE WITH THE CUSTOMER. THEN.. the manager/ owner came over and found it FUNNY!! and LAUGHED AT US!! seriously this guy was a complete ASS HOLE!! NAME Robby Hall.. owner of Hudson Grill.. he proceeded to argue as far as this sampler was indeed layered with meat.. the only meat that was on this sampler was the wings it came with which was the only thing that was eatenon this entire $12.00 platter.. he continued to raise his voice as we kept calm and it was embarASSing to us that this manager was so rude and obnoxious as far as handleing a complaint.. He then took our bill and >SCREAMED< at us to leave, making a bigger scene.. ok so moral of the story the OWNER of Hudson Grill is very UNPROFSSIONAL and our buisness with them is a NO LONER investment.. we will invest our money elsewhere.. I dk if anyone has had an encounter with them in the past.. but they are not corperate based and dk who to call and make this complaint to.. im very disturbed and discused with the way we were treated!
