06/08/2011 - El Ranchito Mexican Restaurant brings something new to the Wausau area
El Ranchito, located on Grand Ave in Schofield, recently opened its doors and is planning to offer some unique features at their authentic Mexican Restaurant. Starting in July, Jose Valaques, owner of El Ranchito, plans to provide authentic Mariachi Band entertainment on Friday nights every other week. They will receive the rest of their licenses after July 1st so their "happy hour" specials will begin then as well. On rotating Monday nights, El Ranchito will also begin Salsa dance lessons taught by a local dance instructor. The addition of these two great entertainment features might just be the ticket for El Ranchito's success.
